Jay is an alumus of AdventNet (now ZOHO) and Vembu Technologies.
Currently working on APertain – The Mobile Customer Engagement Platform for Mobile Developers, Vocabul Jumble – a classic word jumble game for kids and grown-ups alike & SOCAmps – A Sales Operations Conversations Platform for Businesses.
Jay was with Vembu for around 8 years architecting the intimate details of the StoreGrid Online Backup Software for the Managed Service Providers and Hosting Providers.
Jay has over 12 years of experience working with Storage & Networking domain & over 10 years of experience in working with Cloud Products & Services
Jay was a Project Leader in AdventNet (now ZOHO) building products relevant to the Telecom and Network Management domain. His experience includes building ManageEngine JMX Studio from scratch and working on AdventNet Agent Toolkit Java Edition.
He started his career as a Software Engineer Trainee in AdventNet soon after graduating from Madras University (TPGIT, Vellore) and grew on to lead AdventNet Agent Toolkit team.
His ambition to create world-class software products out of India has just been realized with JKL Technologies.
Specialties: Jay has over 18 yrs. experience various technologies from Core Java/J2EE with Web 2.0 to writing highly reliable cross-platform C/C++/Java/PHP applications and with SQL (MySQL/Oracle) & NoSQL databases.
His recent obsession is Web Applications on top of WordPress with specialized plugins and APIs (JSON/REST), along with Cross-Platform Mobile App Development using React Native.
He has recently developed & hosted a WordPress WooCommerce based Online Store & React Native Mobile App for his sister concern JOSH Trendz.
His expertise also includes knowledge on architecting and deploying highly scalable Applications on the Cloud (Amazon AWS, AppEngine, Azure) & Mobile.
His specialization includes interactions with Customers/Partners to generate market & product requirements and prioritizing them to be included in the product.
